We All Have Secrets

Yesturday I went to the city with my friend Lehla to see The Amazing Spiderman, and it really was just that; amazing! It was such a good film, I definitely reccommend that everyone see it. Well, everyone that likes superhero movies. Andrew Garfield was a fabulous Peter Parker, he was so awkward and cute!

For a while now I've been watching movies, looking and hoping for one that is so captivating that I forget that I'm sitting in a theater or on my couch watching a movie, and this one did that the most!

Funerals Are Pretty Compared to Death

Today was my great aunt Norma's funeral. And before your start feeling sad for me because I lost someone, don't. I hate to say it, but I didn't know her. At all. We met once when I first moved here, but after that I never saw her. But we aren't that close with anyone on my Dad's side of the family, other then my Grampy. But we still went to the funeral, and it was lovely. I actually like going to funerals, becuase that is one occasion where I can wear all black, and no one will look at me funny. I used to say that I never felt completely comfortable unless I looked like I was going to a funeral!

It was very windy again today, so it was hard to take photos without my bangs going all over my face!

 Tomorrow I'm going to Halifax to see The Amazing Spiderman at the Imax with my friend Lehla, and I'm super excited! W'ere also going to be doing some shopping, which I haven't done in so long!

The Universe Is Full Of Magical Things

My computer is finally fixed. It seems that all it needed was a simple defragging. So now the only thing that will keep me from posting is the amazing weather outside, and how lazy it makes me!

This is what I wore today to do a few errands around town with my mother. She thought I was crazy for going out in our tiny town dressed like this, and that I would stick out like a sore thumb. But I'm quite used to people staring. I stuck out in high school in my chiffon blouses and high-low skirts against the sea of Hollister jeans and Abercrombie hoodies.

It was incredibly windly today, so it was hard to get photos where my hair wasn't flying everywhere!

Fashions Fade

 This is how I looked yesturday! Last night I went to my best friend Cassandra's house to watch a few movies. We ended up watching Flipped (which is my favourite movie), Second Hand Lions, and Billboard Dad. We had a great time, and that was just the first of many movies nights that will come this summer!

 I just wanted to let you know that posts may be few and far between for a while. My computer is having some issues, and it's super slow! So making posts has gotten frustrating, since it takes so long. But I'll try my hardest to make it work!

To A Young Heart, Everything Is Fun

I didn't do much today, but this is what I looked like! Except for the bare legs; I wore tights earlier today because it was a bit chilly. I went to the mall with my parents, then came home and read a book.

Right now, I'm watching my favourite Star Wars movie, Revenge of the Sith, and sipping a raspberry smoothie. Yummy! A perfect evening to finish off another perfect, lazy summer day.

Aren't these heart shaped sunglasses adorable?! I bought them last summer when I flew to Winnipeg. The frame has a floral print in light pinks, purples, and greens. Perfect for the summer!
